Protein Packed Breakfast Bar

A Healthy Breakfast Bar Recipe:

That Everyone Will Enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

4 cups oats

1 cups walnuts

1/2 tsp. salt

1/3 cup ground flaxseed

1 cup natural peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup vanilla yogurt

2 large eggs

2-3 cups chocolate chips (optional)

 

Directions:

 Blend the oats and walnuts together until it resembles flour. Next, add salt and ground flaxseeds. In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, vanilla yogurt, and eggs.  Slowly add peanut butter mixture to the dry mixture. Add dark chocolate chips if desired.

 

Bake at 350 °F for 25-30 minutes Cut into bars while still warm. Let Cool. Enjoy & be healthy!
